HOMEMINDER SERVICE

Homeminder Service is for those who are often away, vacationing or seasonally-in-residence for a period of 2 weeks to 5 months. They can be confident that their home is being inspected on a regular basis — a minimum of two visits per week. And, that when they return (even unannounced) their home will be just as they left it.

At GEC, we document each visit with photographs and log all activities. In addition, our clients get reports every two weeks — allowing them to know current conditions and activities.

Each property and client has different needs. At GEC we will tailor a property management program to meet those needs. Our services are 24/7, so we are always on call for any unexpected situation.

Starting at $450/week.

GEC COMMITMENT OF SERVICE

  • GEC manager will be on property when any services are being carried out
  • GEC will obtain all COI’s from sub-contractors prior to being on property
  • GEC will document daily agenda stating all work carried out and any issues. To include past two weeks of services and next two weeks of services
